  I never write these reviews, but I had an experience here today that unfortunately wasn't so great. I visited Loganlea Pharmacy as I had a significant headache that I had woken up with - to the extent that I booked into my local GP - something I have never done in the past. Today, I was in quite unbearable discomfort, and unfortunately, was unable to wait until the appointment. At this pharmacy, the pharmacist assistant was very kind & compassionate, recommending a product to me. Upon taking this to the pharmacist, I was astounded to be scolded - told that I was in 'too often' and apparently had been 'told last time that I wouldn't be dispensed here'. The pharmacist had this completely wrong. After many quizzical questions by me, he finally agreed to check 'my record' with my medicare card, and was forced to apologise, realising that I actually wasn't the person he had mistaken me for. If I hadnt been in such discomfort, there is no way I would have given my business to this pharmacy. I left feeling quite humiliated, and although the pharmacist had admitted to his mistake, I just felt that he should have checked, prior to making this incorrect & disparaging judgement. Again, the pharmacist assistant was very pleasant & knowledgeable. I just feel that perhaps an ambassador for a profession such as pharmacy should display more professionalism. Very disappointed that I had to experience this, and being a podiatrist myself in the area, I won't be recommending anyone visit this place.

  I have been going to this Pharmacy for several years, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

  One of the staff members was very rude and condescending towards me for no apparent reason, one thing I don't appreciate is belittling people who have done nothing to you. I wont be going here again.
